I am so excited to share this new listing and brand new apartment. Built in the heart of the city where everyone wants to stay and play. 2 bedrooms one with a king-size bed and a queen, each room has its own sink and vanity. Full-size washer and dryer and all gas appliances. AC, cable TV, and internet are all included. If you walk a 1/2 block west you will end up at the downtown Salem Willamette Riverfront park where you can walk along the river, do yoga in the park, and attend an outdoor church service on Sunday mornings. If you walk a 1/2 block to the south you will find shopping and restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. You are 5 blocks from the Oregon State Capitol building and Willamette University. We cater to tourists and traveling professionals who value experiencing urban settings. Feel free to tour our Oregon State Capitol, historic state archives, historic downtown Salem shopping district, and theaters, gardens, and museums. We also cater to visiting parents and family members of students and others attending or affiliated with Willamette University or Law School, legislators, Salem Convention Center attendees, and those coming to enjoy our MId-Willamette wine country. This self-check-in property has a numbered keypad on the alley door entrance that will have 4 numbers that I will give to you with your check-in video.

We will send you a video tutorial on how to check in two or three days before checking in.

$20 per night extra per person after 2 guests

There is an option if approved by the host for an early check-in for $25 every hour you check in early and $25 for every hour for a late check-out. Please contact the host directly for approval at [email protected]

This month-to-month corporate rental requires the tenant to pay a cleaning fee every two weeks. Salem Stays the property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks of $95. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay! You enter through the alley door and will be given a code so you can self-check in. You will also be given a parking space number for next door and your private spot, back by the alley door entrance.

Cancelation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
