Fully furnished 4 Private bedrooms to host 1 person in each of the 4 bedrooms at $1450.00 monthly. Each private bedroom has its own private door code. Each room is fully furnished with bed, study desk, mini frig. and has its own Heat/AC. We share 2.5 bathrooms, formal dining room, giant kitchen, washer and 2 dryers, private back yard, downstairs A/C, internet, One street parking passes for the neighborhood per guest, 3120 sq ft. fully decorated and landscaped. 2 Blocks away from Willamette Campus. We have 2 living rooms with large TV’s great space to spread out. A private back yard with seating and a fire pit.
.5 miles from Downtown Riverfront Park events. 4 blocks to hospital and 1.5 miles to Oregon State Hospital.
Guests are allowed until 9 P.M. No guest sleep overs.
Quiet Hours from 10 P.M. till 7 A.M.
No smoking or vaping.
Property manager lives on site.
4 Parking passes available (1 per bedroom)
No pets. Property is not insured for animals.
All private rooms have their own door codes.

$1450.00 Per month per room, with a $500 refundable security deposit. Must give 30 day notice prior to move-out.

All split rooms have mini fridges and study desks, linens and towels provided.

Cleaning Fee

1 Time cleaning fee of $200 per stay after check-out
