About Us

Our Sanitation Process

With the addition of our professional electrostatic fogger, we are able to apply a non-toxic disinfectant to our vacation rental properties which covers and coats every high touch surface ensuring a sanitary environment for your stay.

What we do

We specialize in renting and managing short-term vacation rentals in Marion & Polk County, with rentals in downtown Salem, and Independence.  We also specialize in developing historic commercial and residential properties. We believe in offering the highest quality and personal concierge service to our clientele to make their stays memorable and amazing.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic

As it has always been, the safety and security of our guests in our vacation rental homes, apartments, and lofts remain our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Our Superhost, Angela has provided direct patient care for 39 years and makes hygiene and sanitation safety her utmost priority. In response to the COVID-19 virus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities (including WHO and CDC) to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols more rigorous. Please take home a bottle of personal hand sanitizer.

In addition, we feel that since our stays are more isolated from traditional lodging options, we can offer a more personalized experience for your stay.

If you are needing a customized stay, or have a client who has been temporarily displaced from their home, or need to contact for any reason please reach out to Angela directly at 503-930-3020 or by email at, [email protected] and we will respond promptly.

We’d love to take care of your Salem Stay! In addition, you’ll save on your booking fees. ☺️

Our properties

We currently manage 17 short-term vacation rentals and are in the process of adding more to our inventory.

Our vacation rental rates are competitive and guided by industry standards and are based on availability and seasonal considerations. We also offer long-term stays in our homes, apartments, and lofts with a few select properties. If you are interested, please contact us directly to discuss availability and terms.

Pet policy

We strive to provide allergy-free environments in all our properties. These days, so many folks have such severe allergies that it makes it extremely difficult for them to find a safe place to stay, so even though we love all love our furry babies, we have a no animal policy on all our vacation homes as a response to this. Thank you so much for respecting our decision and supporting us in the care, health, and well-being of all of our guests.
