Relax in the shaded private courtyard under the birchwood glen. You’ll have the entire 1200 sq feet, 2 bedrooms, full bath home to yourself for your comfort and relaxation. This 20th-century townhome vacation rental is within easy walking distance to downtown Salem and Willamette University. Stroll the historic neighborhood and enjoy the delightful architecture and lavish gardens of the neighborhood. The city center is just down the street and the neighborhood Safeway grocery store is just around the corner. Parking is on the street with a pass we provide.

The entire east half of the townhome is yours to enjoy and is totally private. You may hear the soft sounds of the folks living on the other half of the townhome. Currently, the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not for guest use. Please note there is no dishwasher in the kitchen so we ask guests to wash their dishes before checking out. There is a laundry room in the basement. Please inquire with the host about availability. The iron and ironing board is in the kitchen closet.

Guest Access
You may park in the driveway of this home for your stay, there is also a parking pass for street parking. It is a residential area but there’s a dental office on the corner so they have permits for us.

For your own security, check-in instructions will be provided when booked. You will receive an email containing this sensitive information along with any door codes

Do not deadbolt this back door and go out the front door because you will be locked out. The front door locks behind you and if you deadbolt the back door you will not be able to use the keypad to get back in. You can deadbolt the back door when you’re inside, just do not deadbolt it and leave through the front door and lock yourself out of this Townhome

Cleaning Fee
SalemStays property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay!

Cancelation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
