The Birchwood Glen Townhome vacation rental is delightfully appointed with historical distinction. Hardwood floors and arched doorways add to its cozy charm. Relax in the shaded private courtyard under the birchwood glen. You’ll have the entire 1200 sq feet, 2 bedrooms, full bath home to yourself for your comfort and relaxation. This 20th-century townhome vacation rental is within easy walking distance to downtown Salem and Willamette University. Stroll the historic neighborhood and enjoy the delightful architecture and lavish gardens of the neighborhood. The city center is just down the street and the neighborhood Safeway grocery store is just around the corner. Parking is on the street with a pass we provide.
The entire east half of the townhome is yours to enjoy and is totally private. You may hear the soft sounds of the folks living on the other half of the townhome. Currently, the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not for guest use. Please note there is no dishwasher in the kitchen so we ask guests to wash their dishes before checking out. There is a laundry room in the basement. Please inquire with the host about availability. The iron and ironing board is in the kitchen closet.

The door has a number keypad and I will assign a unique 4 digit code to you. Usually the last 4 numbers of your phone number or a 4 number pin you give me. Guests check themselves in at their convenience.
We will send you a video tutorial on how to check in two or three days before checking in.

Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
