I love this opportunity to open up my home to share with Airbnb guests. I offer a large private suite, with your own door code keyless entry. Immaculate, sparkling clean living space, including a private bath with shower, bedroom nook with a new queen-size bed, and large sitting area with sofa, TV, and gas fireplace. Additional room with a Swedish sauna (fluffy towels included), washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. Please be sure to ask if there is anything else you may need.
The space
Convenient South Salem home located in a quiet neighborhood. Great location for walking to shops, grocery stores, and parks. Close to downtown Salem, Bush Park, and Willamette University. Wine country and the Oregon Coast is not far away! Information will be available for destinations of interest.
Guest access
Private door code keyless entrance that includes a private spacious living area with many amenities. You are welcome to enjoy a large outside lower deck only. Parking is available at the bottom of the driveway next to the rustic shed. No need to park your car on the street!

Guest Access
The door has a number keypad and I will assign a unique 4-digit code to you. Usually the last 4 numbers of your phone number or a 4 number pin you give me. Guests check themselves in at their convenience.
We will send you a video tutorial on how to check in two or three days before checking in.

Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
