The Jefferson Garden Cottage is a beautiful newly renovated 3 bedroom house near downtown Salem. Enjoy this three-story, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious house for each and every guest! It has two beautiful new bathrooms with full showers as well as a brand new fully stocked gourmet kitchen!

For your own security, check-in instructions will be provided when booked. You will receive an email containing this sensitive information along with any door codes
Cleaning Fee
SalemStays property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay!
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
