The Heart of Downtown Living is a 900 sq ft two-bedroom, single bath space with a fully stocked kitchen with a great view. Come stay and be close to so many attractions Salem has to offer. From the Riverfront park, unique boutique shopping, antiquing, dining, capital mall, Willamette U, to wine tasting and Silver Falls hiking just a short drive in surrounding areas.

This is a unique experience of staying in the center of downtown, with walking distance to over 40 restaurants, shopping at local independently-owned stores, as well as Salem Center Mall with Kohls, just blocks away.

The mini-loft is located just 3 blocks from Willamette University and the Oregon State Capitol building and other state agencies.

Considerations before booking
Not wheelchair accessible must be able to climb stairs

Does not have any parking, but there is a free parking garage only one-half block down the alley from the apartment

Cleaning Fee
SalemStays property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay!

Cancelation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
