About the property
This was once a homeowner’s house and it was truly loved. As you can see, it still is. The floor plan is open (It was remodeled about a decade ago to be a bit more modern). The home includes a lot of the owners’ personal art and decor throughout their lives. Bathrooms are newly redone. Bedrooms are cozy: two bedrooms with queen beds, the third room with a double bed.
The house is located centrally in Salem Oregon on a nice quiet cul de sac. The backyard is very private and serene with a small patio and four chairs to relax in. Grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are very close by. The entire home is yours.

Guest Access
The door has a number keypad and I will assign a unique 4-digit code to you. Usually the last 4 numbers of your phone number or a 4 number pin you give me. Guests check themselves in at their convenience.
We will send you a video tutorial on how to check in two or three days before checking in.

$149 per night, a minimum of 30 nights, and a $125 cleaning fee
$20 per night extra per person after 4 guests
There is an option if approved by host for an early check-in for $25 every hour you check in early and $25 for every hour for a late check-out. Please contact host directly for approval at [email protected]
This month-to-month corporate rental requires the tenant to pay a cleaning fee every two weeks. Salem Stays the property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks of $125. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay! You enter through the alley door and will be given a code so you can self-check in. You will also be given a parking space number for next door and your private spot, back by the alley door entrance.

Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
