Outdoor activities include the Oregon Garden, McNary Golf Course and Silver Falls State Park just to name a few of the many options available.

Guest Access

Super easy location to find and you can park right in front of the duplex, or your unit has a back car port that you may park in. The street parking is free and you can park right in front, the carport is in the back down the alley between the Oaks

Cleaning Fee

The SalemStays property manager requires a mandatory cleaning of the entire unit every 28 days. The property manager will clean and restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and perform any repairs and maintenance. A specific day for the cleaning can be requested. Each cleaning will apply a cleaning fee to your booking. Enjoy a fresh and clean stay with constant restocking of products!

Cancelation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
