Cleaning Fee
The SalemStays property manager requires a mandatory cleaning of the entire unit every 28 days. The property manager will clean and restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and perform any repairs and maintenance. A specific day for the cleaning can be requested. Each cleaning will apply a cleaning fee to your booking. Enjoy a fresh and clean stay with constant restocking of products for your vacation rental!
