Description
You were on the Deschutes river. Your back door opens to a deck and then to the Deschutes river, there is a dock right outside your back door for access to the river. The townhome is newly remodeled with everything brand new from foundation to ceilings, all of the appliances. Beds are brand new all of the linens absolutely everything in the house is brand new. You will want for nothing when you stay in this townhome it’s extremely comfortable & stylish. Come float the river kick back and relax.
Guest Access
There’s lighting and security on the house and a keypad lock on the front door so you can self check-in
For your own security, check-in instructions will be provided when booked. You will receive an email containing this sensitive information along with any door codes
Cleaning Fee
SalemStays property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay!
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
