This property is on on the Deschutes river. The back door opens to a deck and then to the Deschutes river, there is a dock right outside your back door for access to the river. The townhome is newly remodeled with everything brand new from foundation to ceilings, all of the appliances. Beds are brand new all of the linens absolutely everything in the house is brand new. You will want for nothing when you stay in this townhome it’s extremely comfortable & stylish. Come float the river kick back and relax.

Guest Access

There’s lighting and security on the house and a keypad lock on the front door so you can self check-in

For your own security, check-in instructions will be provided when booked. You will receive an email containing this sensitive information along with any door codes

Cleaning Fee

The SalemStays property manager requires a mandatory cleaning of the entire unit every 28 days. The property manager will clean and restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and perform any repairs and maintenance. A specific day for the cleaning can be requested. Each cleaning will apply a cleaning fee to your booking. Enjoy a fresh and clean stay with constant restocking of products!

Cancelation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
