Description
This large two bedroom basement apartment is located just blocks from the Santiam hospital in Stayton Oregon. Bedrooms are large, one has a King and 2nd has a double. Living room is giant, two sliding glass doors lead out to beautifully landscape 3 acres of gardens. The bathroom has a step in shower and a full size sauna, that smells amazing. The kitchen is very large and inside that area is a dining room table and one of the sliding glass doors that leads out on the gardens. Private entrance.
Guest Access
Super easy location to find and you can park right in front of the duplex, or your unit has a back car port that you may park in. The street parking is free and you can park right in front, the carport is in the back down the alley between the Oaks
For your own security, check-in instructions will be provided when booked. You will receive an email containing this sensitive information along with any door codes
Cleaning Fee
The SalemStays property manager requires a mandatory cleaning of the entire unit every 28 days. The property manager will clean and restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and perform any repairs and maintenance. A specific day for the cleaning can be requested. Each cleaning will apply a cleaning fee to your booking. Enjoy a fresh and clean stay with constant restocking of products!
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
