You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable tiny home on Winter St. Downtown Salem, Oregon. We are just blocks for the State Capitol and Downtown Salem. Willamette University is extremely accessible and close by. We’re right on the Salem bike tour track. This lovely little cottage is a true treasure. You will want for nothing, we have it all. Inside secure bike storage, full-size washer and dryer, air conditioning in the summer and cozy warm with our fireplace in the winter. Enjoy!

Cleaning Fee

The SalemStays property manager requires a mandatory cleaning of the entire unit every 28 days. The property manager will clean and restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and perform any repairs and maintenance. A specific day for the cleaning can be requested. Each cleaning will apply a cleaning fee to your booking. Enjoy a fresh and clean stay with constant restocking of products!

Cancelation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
