1390 Birchwood Glen Townhome
Description
The entire east half of the townhome is yours to enjoy and is totally private. You may hear the soft sounds of the folks living on the other half of the townhome. Currently, the fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is not for guest use. Please note there is no dishwasher in the kitchen so we ask guests to wash their dishes before checking out. There is a laundry room in the basement. Please inquire with the host about availability. The iron and ironing board is in the kitchen closet.
Guest Access
The residential neighborhood has 90 minute parking restrictions but there’s a parking pass on the mantle right inside the house please just hang that in your rearview mirror and you can park on the street in front of the house unlimited. Please don’t park in driveway that is the long term renters spot. Please remember to return it back to the mantle before you check out those parking passes are really hard to come by. Thank you

Cleaning Fee
The SalemStays property manager requires a mandatory cleaning of the entire unit every 28 days. The property manager will clean and restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and perform any repairs and maintenance. A specific day for the cleaning can be requested. Each cleaning will apply a cleaning fee to your booking. Enjoy a fresh and clean stay with constant restocking of products!
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
