This delightful loft is housed in Salem’s former fire station from back in the days when horses pulled our fire trucks. Located in the heart of downtown Salem, our Tiger Station Loft is ready for your Salem Stay! Spacious, within easy walking distance to Riverfront park, free parking, large beautiful kitchen, washer and dryer, views of downtown. Enjoy the miles of walking and biking trails that connect with Minto Island Park, and to West Salem.
This is a large 2 bedroom, one bath, 2nd story walk-up apartment with a vaulted ceiling, sleeps 4. Full kitchen, washer, and dryer, bathroom includes tub.
Guest Access
For your own security, check-in instructions will be provided when booked. You will receive an email containing this sensitive information along with any door codes
Cleaning Fee
SalemStays property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay!
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
