Unit B at the Manor House

Description

This centrally located West Salem property host 4 units inside of the Manor House. This is unit B, brand newly remodeled with all amenities and stylish furnishings. One bedroom has a king-size bed and then there’s a Queen bed in the second bedroom. Views of downtown from the huge living room with comfortable spacious design. The wood floors are beautifully refinished, all appliances are brand new and there’s a dining area in the kitchen.

Guest Access

During your stay if you would like to use the laundry services, they are in the basement of the Manor House

For your own security, check-in instructions will be provided when booked. You will receive an email containing this sensitive information along with any door codes

Cleaning Fee
SalemStays property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay!

Cancelation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
