This location is in the heart of downtown Salem, Oregon, within walking distance from popular restaurants such as Taproot, Venti’s, Wild Pear, and Ritters, the expansive Riverfront Park, the Willamette River, with walking and biking trails over the pedestrian bridges to Minto-Brown Island Park, to Wallace Marine Park and the Softball Fields in West Salem!

Cleaning Fee
SalemStays property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay!
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
