The Koi pond is lovely and the fire pit is available for campfires you’re so close to downtown but you’re out in the country and enjoying the roses, yes formal rose gardens boasting 60 different varietals of roses and other flowering plants and shrubs! You will be more than pleased with great accommodations/location.

The door has a number keypad and I will assign a unique 4 digit code to you. Usually the last 4 numbers of your phone number or a 4 number pin you give me. Guests check themselves in at their convenience.
We will send you a video tutorial on how to check in two or three days before checking in.

$20 per night extra per person after 1 guest
5% week-long-stay discount 10% month-long-stay discount

Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
