1400 sq ft of Beachy Charm 1.5 blocks from Bush Park Pasture “Wilber where’s the Beach”? This 3 bedroom 1.5 bath beach-themed retreat has recent upgrades throughout. Remodeled Kitchen/updated baths, stainless steel appliances, kick back in one of the three outdoor seating areas. Take restful walks in Bush’s Pasture Park. Bush’s Pasture Park is a 90.5-acre city park located in the heart of Salem, Oregon. It is home to the municipal rose garden, mixed flower borders, and acres of oak woodlands, walking trails, and picnic areas.
Guest Access
For your own security, check-in instructions will be provided when booked. You will receive an email containing this sensitive information along with any door codes
Cleaning Fee
SalemStays property manager will come in and clean the entire unit, restock the entire unit, wash the linens, and repair or maintain anything that’s on the list for maintenance. This cleaning every two weeks can be set at your convenience, it will be an additional charge to you every two weeks. However, you will not need to restock any of your supplies during your stay!
Cancelation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
